Association of the United States Army
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Conference and Event Center is home to an inviting meeting facility with advanced technologies and amenities that will satisfy and exceed any event requirement. The flexible, state-of-the-art meeting space easily accommodates from 5 to 200 attendees in one adjoined space. MCW worked with AUSA to bring these advanced technologies to their main conference room, the pre-function room, two executive board rooms and a small breakout space.
MCW provided AUSA with state-of-the-art audiovisual, security and information technology (IT) upgrades. We upgraded the reception area with a 70″ landscape display and a 55″ portrait display that hang around the seating area. We installed two media walls in the building, one in the pre-function area and one in the main meeting area. In the main meeting area, we installed a remarkable 8′ high by 16′ wide media wall that consists of 80 micro tiles in a custom designed wood enclosure. The entire IT system was deployed by MCW including the servers, wireless access points (WAP), WAP controllers, network connections and data patch.
Additionally, we engineered and deployed video and access control system with high quality camera technology that captures information and keeps the building secure.
